Question: I see Digital phone systems and VoIP phone systems. Which should I purchse?

Answer: BOTH. For in office use you just can't beat a digital or "TDM" phone system. The initial cost is the lowest and sound quality is the best. You will not jeopardize your voice quality while a co-worker downloads or transfers a large file. If you use VoIP phones in the office and connect your computer to the lan port on the phone, as many manufacturers recommend, you will limit your network speed to 100 Meg., when most new computers today run Gigabit Lan.

NEC SV8100 is the best of both technologies. Use Digital in the office and VoIP for remote phones or to network office systems together. If you want you can use the VoIP phones in the office too.

Question: A lot of manufacturers offer phone systems, why should I buy the NEC SV8100 ?
